Lusail Light Rail Transit Project, is a project similar to Doha Metro project in terms of technical design and requirements but with lesser capacity. MOI, Qatar chose H COM to build their wireless indoor network in LRT project as well after they were very impressed with H COM’s technical prowess and progress in Doha Metro.
In LRT Project as well, the network has been designed with 100% redundancy which is catering to 12 stations, associated tunnels and 11 buildings of depots with 4 frequencies (from 400 MHz to 2700 MHz) and 3 technologies (TETRA, P25, LTE B7 and B20).
